An ADHD specialist, coach, mindfulness-based stress reduction teacher and trauma-informed coach.  But more than that - I've lived this journey to the max! 

Determined to find a way through, I spent years deeply studying the neuroscience behind RSD, courageously implementing small, sustainable changes, and rewiring the patterns that kept me stuck. Through lived experience and tenacious commitment, I reduced the impact of my RSD by 80–90% - and fast forward now live a liberated life free from the confines of RSD.


Today, I confidently present to hundreds, set healthy boundaries without guilt, and trust in my worth without being defined by external validation.

This has been the most powerful, life-changing work I’ve ever done—and it’s given me back so much peace, energy, and freedom, totally priceless. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
