This course is your roadmap to understanding, managing, and transforming how RSD impacts your life. I’ve been where you are - feeling stuck in the cycle of emotional overwhelm and not knowing when RSD would be in the driving seat; from the little every day ways it shows up like people pleasing, crossing our own boundaries, risk aversion, perfectionism, defensiveness to all of the bigger more soul crushing spirals that might last for hours or days. 
BUT, with the right understanding, validation and navigation of what was happening, AND the willingness to explore and be vulnerable (AKA courageous), I transformed my relationship with RSD, and you can too. it has definitely been the most essential and rewarding internal work I've done, and really touches so many facets of our lives - I for sure live with 80-90% more ease than I used to!

The solution is two parts, one on the emotional level and the other on the cognitive level.

RSD takes place, both in the body - where implicit memories are stored
and on the cognitive thinking level - where we start to build a narrative around the felt emotions and sensations. Most people get stuck in the "story" of what is happening in the RSD event; Spoiler alert - it's NOT what's happening in that story that is the issue, that's the decoy and when we keep getting stuck in the story, we're not processing the true RSD through to resolution.

When we address and take care of both of the body based automatic reactive, and the narrative meaning making parts, we are able to congruently grow out of RSD and into a life where we’re able to truly belong to ourselves.

An ADHD specialist, coach, mindfulness-based stress reduction teacher and trauma-informed coach.  But more than that - I've lived this journey to the max! 

Determined to find a way through, I spent years deeply studying the neuroscience behind RSD, courageously implementing small, sustainable changes, and rewiring the patterns that kept me stuck. Through lived experience and tenacious commitment, I reduced the impact of my RSD by 80–90% - and fast forward now live a liberated life free from the confines of RSD.


Today, I'm able to present to hundreds, set healthy boundaries without guilt, and trust in my worth without being defined by external validation. The other major part that isn't often talked about is our relationships to others. Without doing this work, I wouldn't be nearly as connected to my husband, kids or friends. RSD really has the ability to put up walls and hurt our most valuable relationships when its present. The joy of authenticity and connection has increased tenfold (or more) through this work!

This has been the most powerful, life-changing work I’ve ever done—and it’s given me back so much peace, energy, and freedom, totally priceless. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.

I created RSD Foundations because I KNOW how possible it is to create a different response to the RSD trigger; yes its a long game but you don’t have to stay stuck. And you don’t have to have rejection sensitivity run your life.
