If you joined us in November, you already know how powerful it is to finally understand Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria.

And what became super clear from the feedback?
You’re ready to go deeper. More personal. More practical. More applied.

So this workshop is where the real transformation begins.

Led by ADHD coach and RSD specialist Jen Lewis, this session is an interactive deep dive into your own personal RSD landscape & will have you understanding what is actually happening in the moments when your individual RSD triggers.

Participants from the last workshop described the experience as a turning point in how they understood themselves:
✨ “I feel so VALIDATED something actually happened to cause the response ”
✨ “Immediate benefit for me and anyone I'm in relationship with”
✨ “A safe space where I finally felt understood”
✨ “So helpful to know I’m not alone”
✨ “I can stop gaslighting myself now”
✨ "felt deeply validated rather than “pathologised"

Many shared powerful aha moments — realising that RSD isn’t random, that it starts in the body (not the mind), and that emotional reactions aren’t failures… they’re protective patterns that can be worked with.

Within this new more interactive Applied RSD Workshop Series, Jen is guiding you through the RSD Cycle so you can build your own personalised roadmap out of those spirals.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

🔹 Identify your unique RSD triggers
🔹 Recognise early body-based warning signs
🔹 Understand your protective patterns
(people-pleasing, perfectionism, withdrawal, defensiveness, risk avoidance)
🔹 Uncover the core beliefs driving your reactions
🔹 Respond with regulation instead of self-criticism and shame

Rather than trying to “think your way out” of RSD, Jen teaches you how to first create regulation and validation, so that the logic can step in quicker and your system can return to capable, resourced you.

This approach was one of the most praised elements of the November workshop, with participants appreciating the shift away from pressure-based CBT thinking and toward compassionate, body-led regulation - going to the source of RSD rather than staying at symptom level.

This session will as always, be validating, practical and led by someone that truly gets every bit of it. We’re going on a journey through those trigger moments, deeply connecting to the body-based feelings, separating them from the dissonance of the logic and identifying what is actually happening when it hits, in order to catch it in the moment and know what to do with it.

You’ll leave with:
âś” A clearer map of your RSD patterns
âś” A stronger sense of self-trust
âś” The foundations of your own road map that you can use immediately
✔ The reassurance that you’re not broken - it's all just science really!
