  1. Course Access

- This course is 100% online and self-paced, with 12 months of access from the purchase date.

- Access is for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

- This course provides coaching and educational resources. It is not a substitute for

medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

 

  1. Payment & Refunds

- RSD Foundations™ is a digital, self-paced online training program with immediate

access to course materials. For this reason, refunds are limited and apply only in

the circumstances outlined below.

- Refund requests during the cooling-off period (7 days) must be submitted in

writing. Participants may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided

that the course has not been substantially accessed, and no downloadable or

assessment-related materials have been used. Refund requests during the

cooling-off period must be submitted in writing and will be assessed based on

whether the course has been substantially accessed, including review of

platform access activity and use of downloadable or assessment-related

materials. Accessing multiple modules, downloading core resources, or

unlocking subsequent modules will generally be considered substantial access.

- Illness or Inability to Complete. If a participant becomes unwell or is otherwise

unable to complete the course, no refund is provided. In such cases, JLew HQ

may, at its discretion, offer an extension of access, or the option to pause and

resume the course at a later date. Supporting documentation may be requested.

- Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction. Refunds are not provided due to change of

mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with course content once access

has been granted.

- Exceptional Circumstances. Any request for a refund outside the conditions

above will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with Australian

Consumer Law, and at the sole discretion of JLew HQ Pty Ltd.

 

  1. Live Sessions & Recordings

- If included in your course tier, live sessions may be recorded.

- Recordings may be shared with other enrolled participants.

- By joining live sessions, you consent to being recorded.

- Your name / video may be visible in chat or recordings if you opt for these to be on.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

- All content remains the intellectual property of JLew HQ Pty Ltd.

- Materials may not be copied or shared without written permission.

 

  1. Privacy & Confidentiality

- Information is handled in line with Australian privacy law.

- Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others.

 

  1. Disclaimer & Liability

- Results are not guaranteed.

- JLew HQ is not liable for actions taken as a result of participation.

- Liability is limited to resupplying the course or refunding the enrolment fee, at our

discretion.

 

  1. Updates to Terms

- These terms may be updated at any time, with the most current version posted on

our website.

 

  1. Complaints & Grievances

- Any complaints or grievances relating to the course, services, or conduct of JLew

HQ Pty Ltd should be submitted in writing. All complaints will be addressed

promptly and in good faith. Where a matter cannot be resolved internally, both

parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent external mediator. Any

mediation will be conducted in Australia, with each party bearing their own costs

unless otherwise agreed
